Marriage Licenses
APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED.
- Couples must apply in person at least 24 hours in advance of the ceremony.
- Both individuals must present photo ID, birth certificate and any previous divorce decrees or spousal death certificates.
- Licenses are valid for 60 days.
- Fee: $40
- Certified copies of marriage licenses are available if the original marriage license was obtained from the Town of Onondaga for a $10 fee.
